Tasso Argyros

Tasso Argyros is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of ActionIQ and a Venture Partner at FirstMark Capital, based in New York City. Prior to his current executive roles, he co-founded Aster Data in 2005, serving as Chief Technology Officer until the analytics company was acquired by Teradata for $325 million in 2011. Following this acquisition, he operated as Co-President and General Manager of Teradata's Big Data division before co-founding the seed-stage investment fund DataElite Ventures. In 2015, Argyros launched ActionIQ, an enterprise customer data platform that has since secured $145 million in venture funding. He established his technical foundation by earning a Master's degree in computer science from Stanford University and a diploma from the Technical University of Athens. His professional background remains focused on building scalable enterprise data platforms and advising early-stage technology startups.
