Taryn Reardon

Taryn Reardon is the Co-Founder and CEO of TradeFlow, an AI-powered fintech platform based in New York, New York. Founded in 2024, the two-employee startup streamlines post-trade operations and OTC derivatives confirmation, recently raising $500,000 in funding from investors including Y Combinator, Wolf Point Capital, and NDRC. Prior to launching TradeFlow, Reardon worked as an Electronic Sales Trading Associate at Goldman Sachs from 2022 to 2024, where she managed institutional client relationships and gained expertise in middle office operations. She previously served as a Teaching Assistant for Policy Analysis at Cornell University between 2018 and 2021 while completing her Bachelor of Science in Policy Analysis and Management at the institution. Reardon currently focuses on leveraging her background in electronic trading and digital transformation to build SaaS solutions that address critical trade finance challenges for enterprises.
