Taryn Jones Laeben

Taryn Jones Laeben is the President and Founder of IRL Partners and an Operating Partner at Victress Capital, based in Connecticut. Previously, she served as the Chief Operating Officer of SoulCycle and the Chief Commercial Officer of Casper, where she directed comprehensive retail and wholesale expansion strategies. Her earlier executive tenure includes roles as President of Alexis Bittar and Senior Vice President of North America at Kate Spade New York, scaling multi-channel operations across more than 120 retail stores and 500 wholesale locations. Through her advisory firm IRL Partners, Laeben has successfully supported over $350 million in capital raises and helped generate approximately $1 billion in enterprise value for various venture-backed startups. The Columbia University graduate currently focuses on providing operational leadership and growth strategies for early-stage, tech-enabled retail and consumer brands targeting underserved audiences.
