Tarek Fahim

Tarek Fahim is the Managing Partner at Endure Capital, an early-stage venture capital firm based in Cairo, Egypt. Before transitioning to venture capital, he served as a Director at Skopos Consulting and led embedded software engineering teams at IBM Global Delivery Services across Egypt, Germany, and France. At Endure Capital, Fahim managed the firm's $20 million Fund I, which achieved a 24% internal rate of return and backed startups that reached a combined valuation of nearly $3 billion. His investment portfolio includes early stakes in prominent regional technology companies such as Careem, Breadfast, and Wuzzuf, contributing to the creation of approximately 3,000 jobs. Following this success, he announced plans for a subsequent $50 million fund to expand operations. Fahim currently focuses on directing early-stage technology investments across the Middle East, North Africa, and North America.
