Tanya Dadasheva

Tanya Dadasheva is the San Francisco-based CEO and co-founder of Ainekko, a fully open-source company dedicated to facilitating collaboration on machine learning models, datasets, and applications. She holds a Master of Science in Mathematics from Lomonosov Moscow State University and previously worked as a venture capitalist at Almaz Capital, managing investments across an open-source software portfolio. Earlier in her career, she served as an open-source software policymaker focused on integrating developing countries into the global technology ecosystem. Dadasheva also co-founded The Paperclip Project, an initiative assisting technology companies impacted by geopolitical conflicts in achieving independence through open-source software. Additionally, she serves as the co-founder of AIFoundry.org to advance artificial intelligence innovation and organizes AI Hack Labs. Her current focus centers on democratizing artificial intelligence infrastructure and developing decentralized, economically viable approaches to machine learning development.
