Tanvi Surti

Tanvi Surti is the CEO and Co-Founder of Luca, a technology venture focused on building scalable software products. Previously, she served as a Senior Product Manager at Uber, where she led the development of pricing and dispatching technology that generated approximately $1 billion in margin improvements for the ridesharing platform. Before her tenure at Uber, Surti spent time at Microsoft working on translation products including Microsoft Translator and the Edge browser, and she also built an early gig-economy platform in India. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from Bryn Mawr College and is a featured expert at Product School, alongside holding seven patents for inventions spanning browser extensions and web-based games. Her background centers on leading multidisciplinary product teams to create data-driven, high-scale technology solutions across the transportation, translation, and gig economy sectors.
