Tanja Kufner

Tanja Kufner is the Head of Ventures and Startups at the Nemetschek Group, based in Berlin, Germany. She brings over 20 years of venture capital experience to the property design software provider, having invested in more than 100 early-stage companies since beginning her investing career in 1998. Previously, Kufner served as Partner and Head of Dynamics.vc within Porsche's MHP division and held corporate venturing leadership roles at Telefónica's Wayra unit. Her professional background also includes working as a Venture Partner at Antler and advising the European Commission on impact, automotive, and mobility startups. Recognized by EU-Startups as one of the 50 most influential women in the venture capital sector during 2017 and 2018, she actively supports early-stage entrepreneurs. Kufner currently focuses on facilitating corporate-startup collaboration and driving open innovation models across the proptech ecosystem.
