Tamra Lair

Tamra Lair is the founder and principal of MeasureForward Partners, a specialized healthcare analytics consulting firm. In this role, she focuses on advising self-insured employers regarding the strategic selection and ongoing management of their internal analytics infrastructure. Lair also consults directly with various healthcare companies to develop concrete market proof points, enhance existing product offerings, and scale organizational operations to meet specific performance targets. Prior to launching her current consulting practice, she established an academic foundation by earning a bachelor of science degree in human development from the University of Vermont. She subsequently advanced her education by completing both a master of science and a doctorate in health and human development at Penn State University.
