Tamara Obradov is currently a Venture Partner at Rubio Impact Ventures, where she directs early-stage and growth-stage capital allocations across the European market. She has accumulated over 20 years of operational and executive experience within the technology sector, having previously co-founded and managed multiple independent technology ventures as an operator from inception to scale. Before transitioning to her current focus on impact investing, Obradov held several senior investment and advisory roles across a range of European venture capital and private equity funds. Her formal academic background includes a Master of Science degree from Erasmus Universiteit Rotterdam and a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School.
