Tal Barnoach is a General Partner at Disruptive AI based in Tel Aviv, Israel, where he manages an $80 million to $90 million venture capital fund focused on early-stage artificial intelligence startups. Before transitioning to venture capital, he spent over 30 years as a technology entrepreneur, founding S.E.A Multimedia, which completed a London initial public offering in 1996. He subsequently founded several software companies, including Orca Interactive, which was acquired by France Telecom in 2008, and Dotomi, which ValueClick purchased in 2011. As an early-stage investor and former General Partner at Disruptive VC, Barnoach backed major technology exits such as Qumranet, acquired by Red Hat, and IronSource. A graduate of Tel Aviv University and veteran of the Israeli Defense Forces Special Intelligence Unit, his current investment focus centers on scalable artificial intelligence models and enterprise technologies.
