Takeshi Nakanishi

Takeshi Nakanishi is the Co-Founder and CEO of X& and the Co-Founder of Dreamers VC, based in Los Angeles, California. In 2018, he established Dreamers VC alongside actor Will Smith and professional athlete Keisuke Honda to connect early-stage United States startups with Japanese institutional capital. Prior to this, Nakanishi launched the KSK Angel Fund with Honda in 2016, completing over 100 investments across technology and healthcare, including early backing for Makuake and Kyash. His earlier financial career includes Vice President roles at real estate fund Christina Development, quantitative fund Logica Advisers, and Shinnecock Partners. Holding a Master of Laws from ISDE and a degree from Cal State San Marcos, he is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst. Nakanishi currently focuses on bridging global networks with technology founders across the consumer, fintech, and digital health sectors.
