Takeshi Kasai

Takeshi Kasai is currently a Venture Partner at FusionX Ventures, where he contributes to investment and advisory activities focused on hardware and software fusion and IoT businesses. Prior to his current venture capital role, he served as the Global Head of the risk advisory business at both Tokai Bank and UFJ Bank. He additionally holds executive leadership positions as the Owner and President of Proactional Limited and the President of Kasai Industry Company Limited, a manufacturing firm operating within the traditional ceramics industry. Kasai completed his formal higher education at two prominent academic institutions, earning degrees from Keio University and the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. His extensive professional background currently centers on providing senior advisory services in financial engineering, management strategy, and IT development to Japanese financial institutions and corporate entities.
