Taha Jangda

Taha Jangda is a Managing Director at Ascension Ventures, where he focuses on healthcare technology investments. Before joining the firm in 2022, he served as a General Partner at HealthX Ventures and led go-to-market strategy and partnerships at Redox. Throughout his venture capital career, Jangda has held board of director positions at 11 distinct portfolio companies, including recognizable health technology startups such as Medable, Veda, CancerIQ, and RxLightning. He began his professional career at the Texas Medical Center, directly contributing to the establishment of the TMC Innovation Institute and collaborating with the Johnson and Johnson Center for Device Innovation. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Psychology from Texas A&M University. Jangda currently leverages his combined operational and venture investment background to scale early-stage digital health enterprises and advise national healthcare innovation communities.
