Szymon Pawica

Szymon Pawica is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of TechFlow, a venture capital backed enterprise software company based in San Francisco, California. Before establishing his current venture in 2021, he spent four years as a Senior Product Manager at Google. During this tenure, he directed a team of 45 engineers and managed a cloud infrastructure portfolio generating $120 million in annual recurring revenue. His earlier career includes a position as a Software Engineer at Microsoft and a startup advisor role at Y Combinator, where he guided founders on product scaling.
