Sylvanus MAHE

Sylvanus Mahe is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Flott HQ, an artificial intelligence software company focused on vehicle fleet management. Prior to establishing the startup in 2025, he worked as an artificial intelligence engineer and operations specialist, holding positions at McKinsey & Company and Datadog. His transition into the logistics sector was driven by operational challenges he encountered while launching and managing his own independent car rental business. At Flott HQ, Mahe collaborates with co-founder Kanvaly Fadiga to develop an AI-native operating system designed to consolidate fragmented software tools used in commercial vehicle operations. The enterprise recently secured financial backing from startup accelerator Y Combinator, working closely with primary partner Nicolas Dessaigne. Mahe currently focuses on leveraging machine learning engineering to streamline complex logistics and improve operational efficiency for modern commercial fleet operators.
