Sylvain Charignon

Sylvain Charignon is a Partner at Andera Partners, where he focuses on private equity investments for growth-oriented small and medium-sized enterprises. He has spent over 20 years in the European private equity sector, holding his current partnership position at the firm since November 2002. Charignon has directed capital toward human resources and recruitment companies, notably backing the multichannel HR services firm Mistertemp' group across France and Europe. Before joining Andera Partners, he worked in investment roles at IDI and Republic Alley, and he began his professional career as a strategy consultant at Booz Allen and Hamilton. A graduate of the HEC Paris business school, he has also served as a member of the investment committee at Investir&+ since January 2014.
