Swati Mylavarapu

Based in San Francisco, California, Swati Mylavarapu is the Managing Partner at Incite Ventures and cofounder of the Incite platform alongside Nest cofounder Matt Rogers. She oversees an investment portfolio of 39 companies, including Verse and Gradient, participating in funding rounds up to 27 million dollars as of 2023. Through the organization's nonprofit arm known as Incite Labs, she directs philanthropic initiatives that have distributed over 42 million dollars in grants to date. Prior to establishing these entities, Mylavarapu served as a Partner at the venture capital firm Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers and spent four years working at Square. A 2005 Rhodes Scholar who studied at the University of Oxford, she has served on the Board of Trustees for The Rhodes Trust since 2020 while focusing her current investments on climate change, hard science, and complex social issues.
