Suzanne Norris

Suzanne Norris is the Managing Partner at Visible Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm based in Cohasset, Massachusetts. Before co-founding the firm formerly known as Victress Capital, she began her professional career in investment banking at Robertson Stephens and evaluated corporate acquisitions for CMGI. Norris later transitioned to strategy consulting at The Parthenon Group and developed e-commerce operations for Liz Claiborne Inc., where she managed digital retail strategies for brands including Kate Spade. A graduate of Harvard College and Harvard Business School, she currently serves on multiple corporate boards, acts as a trustee at Derby Academy, and joined the Winsor School Corporation in 2019 after a five-year tenure on its Alumnae Board from 2017 to 2022. Her current investment focus centers on scaling early-stage consumer and consumer technology businesses led by diverse founding teams.
