Suzanne Fletcher

Suzanne Fletcher is the Founder and General Partner of Zelda Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm based in Portola Valley, California. She launched the firm in late 2022 and subsequently closed a $33 million debut fund in 2023 to back the next ventures of serial entrepreneurs. Previously, Fletcher served as a General Partner at Prime Movers Lab, where she led seed rounds and helped scale the firm's operations. Before that, she spent five years managing a co-investment vehicle at the Stanford University-affiliated accelerator StartX, working directly with more than 900 founders across over 350 portfolio companies. She began her career in technology investment banking at Morgan Stanley and holds an MBA from Stanford University. Her current investment strategy focuses exclusively on providing pre-seed capital and operational guidance to previously supported founders during their initial development phase.
