Susan Liu

Susan Liu is a Partner at Uncork Capital, a seed-stage venture capital firm managing a $200 million fund, based in San Francisco, California. Before joining Uncork in 2021, she spent nine years at Scale Venture Partners, where she focused on sourcing Series A and Series B investments in enterprise software and workplace technology. During her tenure at Scale, Liu sourced notable deals including WalkMe, which later went public and was acquired by SAP, and Wrike, which was acquired by Citrix. A graduate of Princeton University with honors in Political Science and Computer Science, she currently leads seed investments in business-to-business software and artificial intelligence startups, recently backing companies like Numeral and Ivo. Her current investment strategy centers on partnering with early-stage founders who are utilizing artificial intelligence to modernize legacy industries and build essential enterprise tools.
