Sumit Khatod

Sumit Khatod is a Partner on the Flagship Private Equity team at Veritas Capital, currently based in the New York area. Prior to his current position, he served as a Vice President at Lee Equity Partners, where he focused on investments across the healthcare, business services, and financial services sectors. Earlier in his professional career, Khatod worked as an Associate specializing in technology investments at Francisco Partners and spent two years as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Master of Business Administration from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Khatod utilizes his background of over a decade in venture capital and private equity to identify and execute transactions across his firm's target markets.
