Sumeet Jain

Sumeet Jain is the Founding Partner at 7 Global Capital, a cross-border growth fund based in San Francisco, California. Before establishing his current firm, he served as Managing Partner at OnePrime Capital from 2018 to 2022 and co-founded LUMA Capital Partners, launching a $100 million venture fund alongside Carey Lai. His earlier career includes roles as a Director at Intel Capital, a Partner at CMEA Capital, and a technology investment banker at Goldman Sachs. Jain holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Cornell University and a Master of Business Administration from the Wharton School, and he previously served as a board director for Schoology. With over 16 years of investment experience, his current focus centers on accelerating digital marketing transformation and helping United States technology companies expand commercially into the European Union market.
