Sukrut Oak

Sukrut Oak is the cofounder of LogosGuard, an AI risk management software startup based in San Francisco, United States. He established the two-person company in 2025 alongside cofounder Abel John, and the startup was subsequently selected for the Y Combinator Fall 2025 batch. At LogosGuard, Oak focuses on developing software that translates enterprise AI policies into executable controls, stress-tests artificial intelligence products, and monitors system changes. Prior to his current venture, he spent over three years conducting AI safety and benchmarking research while earning his BS and MS degrees in Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence from Stanford University. His earlier professional experience includes artificial intelligence engineering roles within the Health team at Apple and technical positions at SpaceX. Oak's career centers on advancing enterprise AI adoption through rigorous safety research and applied risk management engineering.
