Storm Duncan

Storm Duncan is a General Partner at Initialized Capital based in San Francisco, California, where he focuses on seed and Series A investments in enterprise software and developer tools. Prior to assuming his current role in March 2025, he served as a Venture Partner at the firm and spent four years as a Product Manager at Google. Duncan has led or co-led more than 15 investments, building a portfolio with a collective valuation exceeding $1 billion, and recently directed a $4 million seed round for the artificial intelligence startup CodeForge in January 2026. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Yale University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business. His current investment strategy primarily targets early-stage technology companies scaling SaaS, machine learning, and climate technology software platforms.
