Steven Woods

Steven Woods is a Partner at iNovia Capital based in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. Before joining the venture capital firm in 2021, he served as the Co-founder and CEO of Vendasta, guiding the enterprise software company to a unicorn valuation. Woods brings over 20 years of technology sector experience to his investment role, supported by a Bachelor of Engineering in Software Engineering from McGill University and early career experience at Softchoice. As an investor, he has directed capital into prominent technology startups including Hopper, Dialogue Health, and Pocus, where he led a Series A funding round in 2023 and actively advises founders on go-to-market strategies. Drawing on his operational background and his published 2022 book on product-led growth, Woods currently focuses his investments on funding early-stage enterprise SaaS, developer platforms, and artificial intelligence infrastructure companies.
