Steven Williams is currently a Managing Partner at Apex Ventures based in San Francisco, California, overseeing a $250 million early-stage fund. Previously, he served as Vice President of Engineering at Stripe, where he successfully scaled the global infrastructure team from 40 to over 300 engineers during a period of rapid international expansion. Before his tenure in financial technology, Williams spent eight years at Google as a Senior Product Manager, directing the launch of three enterprise cloud computing products that generated $150 million in first-year recurring revenue.
