Steven Sarracino

Steven Sarracino is the Founder and Partner at Activant Capital, a venture and growth equity firm based in Darien, Connecticut. Since establishing the investment firm in 2012, he has successfully scaled its operations to manage over $1.5 billion in total assets under management while focusing on disruptive commerce technology and data-heavy B2B platforms. Prior to this executive leadership role, Sarracino served as a founding member at Serent Capital and helped launch the Palo Alto technology office for American Capital. His earlier professional career includes executing complex mergers and acquisitions at Robertson Stephens in San Francisco and providing strategic consulting at McKinsey and Company in Hong Kong. He holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a bachelor of business administration degree in finance from Southern Methodist University.
