Steven Sarowitz

Steven Sarowitz is the Managing Partner at PayLease Ventures, operating out of Scottsdale, Arizona. He previously founded and served as the Chief Executive Officer of PayLease, a property management software company that grew to serve over 10,000 property managers before being acquired by RealPage for $730 million in 2015. Prior to this exit, he co-founded and acted as the CEO of the payment processing platform PaySimple, and he holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Arizona State University. As an active angel investor utilizing platforms like AngelList, Sarowitz has backed more than 50 early-stage startups, including recent seed investments in companies such as Home365 and Intellicheck. Additionally, he has personally donated over $10 million to educational causes through the Sarowitz Foundation. His current professional focus centers on scaling early-stage enterprise software, financial technology, and property technology ventures.
