Steven Guichard

Steven Guichard is the cofounder and Chief Technology Officer of SafetyKit, an enterprise artificial intelligence platform that replaces human risk reviewers with large language models. Under his technical leadership, the company processes 20 billion language model tokens daily and manages the entirety of production risk and compliance data for multiple Fortune 500 clients. Previously, he served as the first software engineer and subsequently the Chief Executive Officer at Carbic, where he helped develop ultrasonic flow sensors utilized in oil pipelines and offshore drilling rigs. Earlier in his career, Guichard cofounded Thomas Street, a software design and engineering consultancy that delivered custom enterprise products for major technology and healthcare corporations including Cisco, Roche, and DirecTV. His career spans hardware-software integration and product engineering, with a current focus on scaling automated risk management solutions for enterprise AI applications.
