Steve Reale

Steve Reale is the CFO and Venture Partner at Ulu Ventures, currently based in Silicon Valley, USA. He brings over 25 years of financial and operational experience supporting private and small-cap public businesses across the broader technology sector. Throughout his career, he has served as an early startup employee, a mid-stage technology company CFO, and a corporate board member. Furthermore, he has worked as an independent finance consultant and strategic advisor for dozens of startups operating in software, tech-enabled services, communications hardware, and semiconductors. In April 2025, he presented on venture capital and private equity alongside Rich Insalaco at the University of Rochester's Simon School of Business. Reale's current focus centers on executing seed-stage venture capital investments in diverse founding teams by utilizing quantitative decision analysis frameworks to evaluate complex early-stage market opportunities.
