Steve Hinrichs

Steve Hinrichs is a Managing Director and the Southern California Group Head at Monroe Capital LLC, based in Los Angeles, California. With over 25 years of experience in middle-market financing, he specializes in originating private credit solutions, including senior and junior debt, unitranche financings, and equity co-investments across the United States and Canada. Since joining the firm in June 2016 under the leadership of CEO Ted Koenig, he has focused on expanding the regional origination platform. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in accounting and finance from San Jose State University, holds multiple FINRA licenses, and maintains active memberships in the Turnaround Management Association and the Association for Corporate Growth. His current focus remains on structuring complex debt facilities, mezzanine debt, and asset-based loans to support the capitalization needs of various middle-market enterprises.
