Steve Finocchi

Steve Finocchi is a Managing Director and Trader on the credit team at Bain Capital. He joined the global alternative investment firm in 2020 to focus on executing trading activities across various specialized institutional credit strategies. Prior to his current position, he served as a Vice President and senior trader at Loomis, Sayles & Co., where he specialized in high yield bonds, convertible securities, and complex derivatives. He began his professional financial career at Credit Suisse, gaining foundational experience in structuring collateralized loan obligations and trading high yield debt instruments. His academic background includes earning a Master of Science from The University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts from The College of the Holy Cross. Today, his professional background remains heavily focused on navigating complex credit markets, institutional trading execution, and structured corporate finance.
