Steve Dell'Orto

Steve Dell'Orto is the Founder and CEO of ConCntric, as well as a Venture Partner at Builders VC and Argonautic Ventures. Prior to founding the preconstruction management platform in 2021, he spent over 26 years in the construction industry, most notably serving as an Executive Officer at Clark Construction. During his tenure at the $5 billion to $6 billion revenue general contractor, he directed the expansion of its Western divisions, achieving 10x growth and increasing margins by more than 40 percent across the region. His leadership portfolio includes major commercial infrastructure and real estate developments such as the Golden State Warriors Arena, Salesforce Tower, and Facebook's San Francisco Park Tower. Dell'Orto currently focuses on driving digital transformation within the real estate and construction sectors through his enterprise software company and advisory roles across eight construction-technology startups.
