Steve Battista

Steve Battista is the Principal of Operational Excellence at Anzu Partners LLC, where he directs product development and commercialization strategies across the firm's portfolio companies. Before joining the investment firm as a Principal in 2019, he served as the Chief Operating Officer at GelSight, Inc. until January 2022, overseeing business operations and technology deployment. His earlier career includes strategic and process development roles at E Ink Corporation, GE Plastics, and QD Vision, focusing on new product launches and market expansion. Additionally, he has served as a Board Member for digital display company Solchroma Technologies since January 2021. Battista holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. His current focus centers on applying his background in materials science and process optimization to scale high-volume technology platforms within the industrial and life science sectors.
