Stergios Anastasiadis

Stergios Anastasiadis is the Co-founder and General Partner at Genesis Ventures, a pre-seed and seed venture capital fund based in Athens, Greece. Prior to transitioning to venture capital, he accumulated over 30 years of experience in technology research and development, leading engineering teams of up to 300 people. His previous corporate roles include serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Google, where he contributed to Google+, and holding executive positions such as Senior Vice President of Engineering at Good Technology and Vice President of Research and Development at PushLife Inc. At Genesis Ventures, Anastasiadis co-manages a €20 million to €25 million fund backed by the European Investment Fund, writing initial check sizes up to €400,000. His current investment focus centers on sector-agnostic, early-stage technology startups that demonstrate strong product-market fit, with a particular emphasis on supporting Greek founders.
