Stephen Wolfe

Stephen Wolfe is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Growth Street Partners, a growth equity firm based in San Francisco, California. Alongside co-founder Nate Grossman, he manages over $400 million in total assets across three funds, recently closing an oversubscribed $200 million Fund III. The firm targets minority investments in founder-owned B2B SaaS and technology-enabled services businesses generating between $1 million and $6 million in annual recurring revenue. Since 2017, Wolfe has directed investments into 17 companies, including Visual Lease, which was acquired by CoStar in October 2024 following a minority recapitalization. As a board member, he has overseen five portfolio companies that successfully completed six add-on acquisitions. Drawing on his prior experience at Spectrum Equity, Wolfe focuses on partnering with early-stage company founders who possess deep industry experience to scale vertical software platforms.
