Stephen McKeon

Stephen McKeon is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Collab+Currency, an early-stage web3 investment firm based in Eugene, Oregon, focusing on consumer technology, gaming, and cryptocurrency. Blending practical blockchain experience with academic expertise, he has served as an Associate Professor of Finance at the University of Oregon since August 2011, though he is currently on leave. Previously, McKeon co-founded Skyworks Development Group, operating the venture until March 2021, and acted as Chief Strategy Advisor for the Security Token Academy alongside advising Harbor Inc. His background includes a 2019 tenure as a Visiting Associate at the Cambridge Centre for Alternative Finance and co-founding the Coast to Crest Fund. He holds a PhD and an MS from Purdue University, earned a BS from the University of Oregon, and authored "The Future of Work" on the Collaborative Fund blog.
