Stephen Kump

Stephen Kump is the President of Donor-Advised Funds at Foundation Source, a philanthropy technology platform, and is currently based in Columbus, Georgia. Prior to assuming this executive position, he spent over 10 years working as a strategy consultant advising nonprofits, philanthropists, and private equity investors during his tenure at Bain & Company. He is also the founder and a board director of Charityvest, a donor-advised fund sponsor, and serves as the Chairman of the Board for Teen Advisors, a youth mental health organization. Earlier in his career, he served as a combat arms cavalry officer in the US Army before earning an MBA from the Yale School of Management and dual bachelor's degrees from Georgia Tech. His professional focus centers on building charitable giving infrastructure and leveraging financial technology to democratize philanthropic strategies for institutions and individual donors.
