Stephen Kuhl

Stephen Kuhl is the Co-Founder of Burrow, a direct-to-consumer furniture company specializing in the production of modular home furnishings. He launched the business in 2017 alongside Kabeer Chopra while completing his MBA at the Wharton School to address logistical inefficiencies in the traditional furniture market. Under his leadership as Chief Executive Officer from April 2016 until March 2025, the enterprise raised $63 million in venture funding and achieved a compound annual growth rate exceeding eighty percent during his tenure. Before expanding the brand's physical retail footprint across five major cities including New York and Los Angeles, he worked as an Associate at Commonfund Capital from June 2013 to July 2015. Kuhl currently focuses on long-term strategic initiatives as a co-founder within the direct-to-consumer goods sector following his recent transition from the chief executive position.
