Stephen Knight

Stephen Knight is the President and Senior Managing Partner at F-Prime Capital. Since joining the firm in 2003, he has leveraged over 30 years of pharmaceutical experience to oversee major exits, including the acquisitions of FoldRx and NextWave Pharmaceuticals by Pfizer, and Respivert by Johnson & Johnson. He currently serves on the boards of public healthcare companies such as Beam Therapeutics, Blueprint Medicines, and Denali Therapeutics. Earlier in his career, Knight held senior management roles in biotechnology firms and conducted research at AT&T Bell Laboratories, the National Institutes of Health, and Yale University. He holds an MD from the Yale School of Medicine, an MBA from Yale, and a BS in biology from Columbia University. His professional background remains centered on advancing the biotechnology sector through strategic venture capital investments and executive board leadership.
