Stephen Forte

Stephen Forte is the Managing Partner at Fresco Capital, an early-stage venture capital firm based in Menlo Park, California. Prior to his current role, he served as the Chief Strategy Officer at Telerik, where he managed international expansion and corporate development until its acquisition by Progress Software in 2014. Forte also operated as the first Chief Technology Officer of Zagat Survey and co-founded three technology startups that achieved successful exits between 2007 and 2012, including Chassis Finder and Triton Works. Additionally, he established multiple startup accelerators such as Silicon Valley's Mach5 and holds an MBA from the City University of New York alongside postgraduate work at the London School of Economics. His current investment focus centers on enterprise software, hardware, and big data startups, drawing upon his extensive background in software development and corporate scaling.
