Stephen Chandler

Stephen Chandler is the Managing Partner at Notion Capital, where he focuses on investments, strategy, and capital raising across European startups. Before co-founding the firm, he worked as a technology banker at UBS during the 1990s and served as a founding team member at Star. Chandler later operated as the Chief Financial Officer and EMEA General Manager at MessageLabs, managing the company through its $700 million acquisition by Symantec in 2008 amid the global financial crisis. At Notion Capital, he recently led the announcement of the firm's €300 million Venture Fund V to back early-stage enterprise software companies. His current venture investment portfolio includes prominent technology companies such as GoCardless, Paddle, Tradeshift, and Arqit.
