Stephanie Walsh

Stephanie Walsh is a Partner and Head of US CLOs at Bain Capital Credit, based in Boston, Massachusetts. She began her structured finance career as an analyst in the Bank Debt Portfolio Group at Goldman Sachs before joining her current firm in 2007. During her nearly two decades at Bain Capital Credit, Walsh has specialized in liquid credit investing and spent the period from 2014 to 2016 in London managing the firm's dedicated European CLO investment platform. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from the University of Notre Dame and frequently participates in major industry forums, including the Women's Investing Summit and LSTA events. Her current professional focus primarily centers on the origination and management of collateralized loan obligation funds, alongside broader structured credit investments within the energy and utility sectors.
