Stephanie Rieben

Stephanie Rieben is the Co-Founder and CEO of Diadem Capital, a fintech funding marketplace based in the New York City suburbs. Before launching the platform in January 2022, she spent over a decade on Wall Street, holding investment banking, equities trading, and relationship management roles at Goldman Sachs, Citigroup, and Berenberg Bank. Under her leadership, Diadem Capital has facilitated more than $250 million in funding for 72 startups by connecting them with a network of over 1,600 venture capital firms, family offices, and private credit lenders. Rieben holds an MBA from Georgetown University and recently presented on fundraising strategies at FinovateFall 2024 and the Elevator Ventures Portfolio Day. Her current focus centers on bridging the gap between traditional finance and the startup ecosystem by streamlining access to institutional capital for high-growth technology companies.
