Stéphane Bergez

Stéphane Bergez is a Partner and the Head of Andera Acto at Andera Partners, an independent private equity firm based in Paris, France. In his capacity as one of two Managing Partners, he oversees a sponsorless mezzanine debt strategy for a firm that manages over €4.5 billion in assets. Bergez began his career in 1996 at 3i before leading the creation of Perfectis Private Equity at Euler-Hermes France in 2000, where he eventually became a Partner. After taking charge of Andera Acto in 2011, he integrated his team into the broader Andera Partners management company in 2016 and has served as a director on numerous corporate boards. As a graduate of both ESSEC and Sup’ Méca Paris, he currently focuses his efforts on providing low-dilution financing to support independent entrepreneurs through management buyouts and growth capital initiatives.
