Stephan Paternot

Stephan Paternot is the founder and General Partner of Actarus Funds, an angel investment firm he established in 2002 to back emerging technology companies. He previously served as the Co-founder and Co-CEO of theglobe.com from 1994 to 2000, leading the early internet community site to a record-setting initial public offering in 1998 that valued the enterprise at over $1 billion. In 2004, he expanded into the entertainment industry by co-founding PalmStar, a film production and financing company that has since produced and financed more than 30 feature films.
