Stephan Hulsbergen

Stephan Hulsbergen is a Venture Developer for Life Science and Medical Technology at BOM Brabant Ventures, currently based in Tilburg, Netherlands. In this specific capacity, he identifies early-stage innovations and facilitates critical connections between entrepreneurs and institutional investors for the most active regional venture investor in the country. He actively develops the medical robotics and healthcare innovation ecosystem within the Brainport Eindhoven region, working alongside major industry players like Philips, ASML, and Eindhoven University of Technology. Furthermore, Hulsbergen recently co-managed the 2024 launch of the HealthTechXL venture builder program, which supported 13 entrepreneurial teams and reserved €10 million in early-stage funding for promising projects. His current focus remains on accelerating regional medical technology startups by providing strategic operational guidance and securing vital capital across the broader Dutch life sciences supply chain.
