Stephan Dolezalek

Stephan Dolezalek is the Managing Partner at Wheatsheaf Group, the private investment arm of Grosvenor Estate, and serves as Chairman of AeroFarms and a Director at Benson Hill. Over a 40-year career, he has backed more than a dozen unicorn companies, including early equity investments in Tesla through his leadership of VantagePoint Capital Partners' $1 billion CleanTech Fund. Dolezalek previously acted as a Senior Adviser during the formation of Breakthrough Energy Ventures, founded Healthline Media, and served as Managing Partner at the Brobeck, Phleger and Harrison law firm. He holds a Juris Doctor and a bachelor's degree in architecture from the University of Virginia, and he recently directed Wheatsheaf's participation in a 2021 funding round for Nuritas. His current investment focus centers on scaling private technology businesses across the food, agriculture, and clean energy sectors.
