Stella Zhou is a Founding Partner at INCE Capital based in the Pudong New District of Shanghai, China. Before establishing the firm in August 2020, she spent a decade at Qiming Venture Partners, where she became the youngest investor to reach the title of Partner. Her nearly 20-year career in finance began with business development and risk management roles at GE Capital between 2006 and 2010, followed by an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Throughout her venture capital tenure, she has backed prominent technology startups including Musical.ly, which was later acquired by TikTok parent ByteDance, alongside publicly traded entities like Dingdong and Tuhu. Recognized on the Forbes China Top 100 VC Investors list from 2021 to 2023, Zhou currently focuses her early-stage investments on AI-enabled innovation and biotech-driven ventures.
