Steli Efti

Steli Efti is the co-founder and CEO of Close.io and a Venture Partner at Pioneer Fund, based in Silicon Valley. He established Close.io as a bootstrapped inside sales customer relationship management platform, scaling the fully remote enterprise to over $40 million in annual recurring revenue with a 40-person workforce distributed across 14 countries. As an alumnus of Y Combinator, Efti leverages his enterprise sales experience, which includes early career negotiations with corporations like Oracle, to advise early-stage technology ventures. Through his role as Senior Vice President at Pioneer Fund, he collaborates with a network of over 500 former founders to invest in high-growth startups emerging from the accelerator program. Efti currently focuses on optimizing inside sales funnels for small-to-medium businesses while authoring instructional materials, having published ten distinct books on startup sales strategies.
